Whether it is your home, business or a local legend, you may be looking for answers. We here at Mountain Paranormal are ready to do whatever we can to help you understand, live with, or deal with the various experiences you may be having.
Our team will meet with you to learn what you have seen, heard, etc., and work out the next course of action. Using a blend of current techniques, modern tools and spiritual means, we will offer advice and consultation or investigate your home or other site to determine possible explainable causes before turning to paranormal ones.
Once the investigation is completed, we will review all evidence that has been collected and present our findings and recommendations to you.
We aren't done yet though!
If at anytime after our team completes the investigation, should anything continue, we are always available for further consultations and/or investigations. Our primary goal is to have satisfied clients who feel comfortable in their surroundings.

THE PROCESS
After we receive an initial request for assistance, we will schedule and conduct and interview with the client to get an idea of the situation. The next course of action will depend on the outcome of the initial interview.
NOTE: Not all interviews will result in investigations.
Possible next steps are:
Further interviews as required (other witnesses, etc.)
A site inspection - this is the step prior to an investigation
Outside consultations
Once it has been determined that we will proceed to an investigation, we will set up a meeting to take care of paperwork such as:
Disclaimers/waivers - intended to protect both client and investigations team
Permission to Enter/Investigate
Confidentiality agreements - To protect the client and Investigators, but hopefully also to allow sharing of information to further our field of study and even help others with similar situations. Client privacy will be paramount in this.
Once all paperwork has been taken care of, we will determine at least 3 possible dates for an investigation to allow for minimal scheduling conflicts between the client and the team. Dates will be confirmed a week in advance of the investigation and then a final confirmation within 24 hours prior.
After an investigation has been conducted, all evidence will go to review and when completed, a meeting will be set up to present our findings to the client and recommend possible courses of action depending on the requirements of the client.
