After many years of wondering what was out there, Nick came upon
Haunted Hamilton in
2004 when he and a group of friends took their first ghost walk at
Hamilton's Custom House. For the next 5 years he became a regular on
tours and events becoming good friends with Daniel and Stephanie
Cumerlato and the rest of the HH regulars. As of 2009, he became a
part of the investigations team and the rest is history.
Throughout his life, Nicholas was drawn to the study of paranormal
phenomenon. As a child, he gravitated towards books and stories
about everything from ghosts to telepathic abilities. Though at
times it took a back seat, he always found a ghost story to keep his
curiosity active. Although, seeing the film
GHOSTBUSTERS
at a young age can probably be held partly to blame as well.
While specializing in the area of ghosts and hauntings, Nick also
researches human interactions through other areas such as telepathy,
telekinesis and other psychic abilities with a strong influence in
linking them to the scientific explanations.
Outside of his paranormal dealings, Nick works full time as Branch
Manager/Inside Sales for a hydraulic supply company. Before that, he
spent 11 years working on the production side of the concert/theatre
industry in and around Toronto, specializing in stage lighting and
live audio. He also enjoys spending time playing paintball,
attempting to play the guitar and reading.
Nick is also an avid amateur photographer. Combining this and his
love of the unexplained, he now acts as photographic and technical
specialist during his investigations with Haunted Hamilton.
Now, we
have the next step in the progression. On May 1st, 2010, Nick
founded Mountain Paranormal.
While
still in it's infancy, Mountain Paranormal is working with Haunted
Hamilton on a regular basis to help get the name into the community.
After all, they can't forget about those who helped get them to
where they are.
